Vizum has launched the new ViEye Series (SVersion-HJQD-RGBD-90/130), featuring a pneumatic flip-cover design and real-time weld seam tracking, marking a major step toward smarter, more precise welding automation.
Designed for the demanding conditions of industrial welding, the ViEye’s pneumatic protection structure enables faster and more stable opening and closing, protecting lenses from high temperatures, spatter, and dust.
Equipped with high-speed stereo vision and depth algorithms, the new models deliver dynamic weld tracking, ensuring accurate torch guidance and consistent weld quality.
Fully integrated with ViEye’s MH® 2.0 3D Vision Welding Platform, the system supports seamless template import, weld seam planning, and closed-loop motion control, bridging vision perception with robotic execution.
